Ihre Aufgaben

• Als Controller (m/w/d) sind Sie zuständig für die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Business Units
• Sie kümmern sich um die Optimierung und Standardisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
• Die Forecast- und Budgetplanung, sowie die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse liegen in Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
• Sie erstellen Analysen und PowerPoint-Präsentationen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management

Ihr Profil

• Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling / Rechnungswesen / Finanzen oder eine kfm. Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Controller/in
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung bringen Sie bereits mit
• Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich KPI-Reporting, sowie mit integrierten ERP-Systemen
• Sie kennen sich aus in der Koordination von Planung und Forecast für operative Bereiche
• Im Umgang MS-Excel sind Sie sicher

• Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on a project, providing admin support to management..
• Manage K&M project SharePoint System – Coordination of project folders.
• Manage and control all project information received using the appropriate software package/system and clients' portals, wherever possible.
• Assist with site set up and wider responsibilities under the Project Management System.
• Co-ordinate meetings, the collation of reports and the follow-up of actions.
• Create and maintain a robust filing and archive system.
• Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and ISO accreditations.
• Maintain the site records – Weekly Progress Report
• Assist the Health and Safety team in audit processes and to record safety documentations on Share Point
• Liaise with Main contractor and sub-contractors Document Control or Site Admin on the provision of documentation.
• Take an active role in setting up, implementing, managing and improving the document management process

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar, on-site, administration role.
• German speaking 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on a busy site/work environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with the project team and wider professional team
• Full drivers license

We have an opportunity for a Document Controller on a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.  This role is vital to supporting the smooth operation of a fast-paced construction site environment, ensuring the effective management and control of all project documentation in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and reports).
• Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log, and issue log.
• Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items.
• Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports.
• Ensure accurate storage and version control of documents in compliance with project document control procedures.
• Liaise with external consultants and contractors to ensure their documentation complies with project standards.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health & Safety (HSE) initiatives by assisting with audits and ensuring document-related compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar site-based role

• High level of verbal and written English is essential
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
• High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous
