WORKING HOURS: 9:00-18:00/8:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday

LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany

Logistic Controller Main Responsibilities:
●Ensuring the successful delivery of cable drums including accessories, tools, and other required materials to construction sites
● Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and all other involved parties on logistical matters
● Reviewing transport routes, including necessary measures, and supervising subcontractors
● Preparing VEMAGS applications for transports, including guiding and monitoring subcontractors during preparation, and supporting customers in negotiations with authorities
● Reviewing VEMAGS approval documents and developing solutions if improvements are needed
● Coordinating with the logistics manager at the headquarters in Japan
● Creating required documents and logistics plans in coordination with all involved parties
● Documenting all logistics activities, including processes, guidelines, and changes for reference
● Managing and controlling logistics costs
● Checking delivered goods for quantity and quality, and supervising loading onto transport vehicles
● Providing instructions and guidelines to logistics companies regarding the nature of goods and delivery locations, and ensuring continuous communication to prevent transport damage
● Organizing and supervising the safe temporary storage of power cables

● Regular business travel within Germany required

Logistic Controller Ideal Candidate:
● +3 years' logistics experience
● Business level fluency in German
● Solid knowledge of shipping processes, Freight handling, customs procedures
● Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
● Familiarity with freight forwarders and logistics coordination
● Analytical skills and solution-oriented approach
● Experience with MS Project or similar software
● Experience within the energy sector would be advantageous
